Parking a challenge

We recently had a lovely stay at a cosy and comfortable cottage in the heart of Bakewell. The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming, even leaving us a delicious Bakewell Tart and a bottle of wine as a surprise gift. The cottage had everything we needed, including a high-end shower room and effective heating. With its excellent location and homely feel, we would happily visit again.

We loved being able to explore Bakewell on foot and discover all the local shops and attractions. Another advantage was the parking arrangement - although it was a bit tricky at times, having a permit provided made it easier to find a spot nearby.
